How to do it?
If, when making your booking, you find a cheaper rate on another ONLINE channel that meets the same conditions (room type, dates, and booking terms), we’ll match that rate and "GIVE YOU A 50% DISCOUNT ON THE DIFFERENCE".
Example:
Official Zenit Hotels Website: 100 €
Alternative non-official site: 95 €
Price applied according to Zenit Hotels’ "Lowest Price Guarantee":
100 € - 95 € = 5 € × 50% = 2.5 € Lowest Price Guarantee
95 € - 2.5 € = 92.5 € Your final price
The maximum discount applied will be 20% of the rate shown on our official website www.zenithoteles.com, based on the total booking price.
We will need to confirm that the price difference meets the same conditions. Please send a screenshot (press Print Screen and paste) showing the comparison between the official Zenit Hotels website and the cheaper offer you found.
The screenshot must include the following information:
- Hotel name
- Operator / Online channel
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Room type, price (EUR), board basis, and booking terms (cancellation policy)
- Date and time the difference was observed
VERY IMPORTANT: Go through to the last step of the booking process, but DO NOT complete it.
The price difference must be bookable to be valid; therefore, you must send the screenshot of the last step (where personal data are requested).
The Best Rate Guarantee will not apply to bookings already made.

If your request is valid and the difference is verified, Zenit Hotels will send you confirmation of the new rate, which will be applied immediately.
The Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to individual customers and not to confidential or special rates, such as package programs.
No additional discounts (Zenit Club, groups, etc.) will apply to the final improved price.
Websites without online booking confirmation are excluded. Zenit Hotels is firmly committed to protecting personal data, and we will not share your information with any third party without your prior consent.
